NLTFPD crews responded to a medical rescue at Bonsai Rock when a drowning occurred at the same beach. Crews resuscitated the drowning victim, who was transported by boat to Sand Harbor and then flown to Renown Medical Center.

NLTFPD welcomes Paul Jones as its new mechanic. Paul previously served as Shop Foreman at the Department of Defense base in Stead, NV, and is a First Sergeant with the 609th Combat Engineer Company in Fallon.
