North Lake Tahoe Fire welcomes DJ Stanton. DJ served on the Rifle Peak hand crew, then attended paramedic school at Truckee Meadows Community College and completed his internship with Truckee Meadows Fire & Rescue.
NEW EMPLOYEE PROFILE: BEN KETRON
North Lake Tahoe Fire welcomes Ben Ketron. Ben worked with the Rifle Peak hand crew in 2017, attended the Butte Fire Academy in 2019, and completed paramedic school at NCTI in Roseville.
NV Energy Hazardous Fuels Reduction Project
NV Energy will conduct hazardous fuels reduction work near upper Tunnel Creek Road from September 11 through 15, 2023, with helicopter activity and intermittent trail closures affecting Tunnel Creek Road, Incline Flume Trail, and Ski Way.
