Fire districts are adjusting wildfire season preparations for COVID-19, adding wellness checks, extra protective equipment, and smaller fire camps. Defensible space inspections and free curbside chipping continue.
The Fire District launched a new website with an updated design meant to deliver information across more devices and formats.
The Fire District begins defensible space evaluations and curbside chipping for the 2020 season on June 1. Requests open online May 25, and residents will be contacted within two weeks to schedule.
